About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Churchill Estates Management Ltd as a Residential Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a 'friendly neighbour', you will be organising activities, co-ordinating the development, managing contractors, completing health and safety checks, and much more. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners, and is hugely rewarding.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to live on-site in the apartment provided, rent-free. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people, and be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when needed.

You will be an accomplished administrator and computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and be able to effectively administer the maintenance of the site.
