Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description & Background:

Mactech Energy Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team for the Hinkley Point C nuclear site project. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the project, ensuring it stays within budget.

About the Project:

The Hinkley Point C project involves the construction of two major EPR nuclear plants. This is a long-term contract, and the ideal candidate should have excellent project management skills and experience working on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project costs and ensure the project stays within budget.
  2. Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion.
  3. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor qualification or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in project management and cost control.
