Mathematics Instructor

Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Maths Teacher to join our dynamic Maths department on a permanent basis in Tonbridge. This exceptional opportunity will enable you to inspire a love of Maths and equip students with valuable knowledge and skills.

About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating Maths lessons across the curriculum catering to Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and potentially Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11).
• Foster a love of Maths in students encouraging exploration of the world around them and developing their critical thinking skills.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
• Contribute to curriculum development ensuring it aligns with the schools vision national requirements and the latest advancements in pedagogy.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Maths department and across the school to ensure a cohesive and engaging program.

This role offers an estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
