This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered General Nurse to join our specialist team at the Adult Burns Centre, based in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality patient care while working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent clinical care to patients, adhering to Trust values and professional regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of patient care and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and expand your nursing skills through training and education opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and report incidents or accidents to the Nurse in Charge.
