- Develop and maintain technical expertise in electronics and software development.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in electronics development and project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English language.
