**Executive Assistant to a Highly Respected UHNW Individual**

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting C-suite executives or UHNW individuals, ideally within a family office or entrepreneurial setting. They will be able to handle a diverse range of tasks across business, personal, and family-related matters with ease and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the principal, including managing a dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel (domestic and international).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the principal and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Personal Assistance:

  • Manage household operations, travel logistics, and personal commitments for the principal and their family.
  • Coordinate with household staff and external service providers across multiple residences in London, Italy, and Spain.
  • Handle confidential matters such as personal investments, medical appointments, and private documentation with discretion and professionalism.

Travel Management:

  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, often on short notice, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Accompany the principal on international trips as needed to provide hands-on support.

We Are Seeking: A highly experienced Executive Assistant to UHNWI who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience: Proven track record supporting C-suite executives or UHNW individuals, ideally within a family office or entrepreneurial setting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle a diverse range of tasks across business, personal, and family-related matters.
  • Confidentiality: Exceptional discretion in managing highly sensitive and private information.
  • Exceptional organisation: Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritisation.
  • Low ego and high collaboration: A team player who can navigate complex dynamics with ease and professionalism.
  • Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as required (approximately 50% of the time).
  • Cultural awareness: Familiarity with European and North American business practices, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a bonus).

Role Specifics:

  • Location: London-based with frequent travel to Italy, Spain, and other locations.
  • Working Pattern: Flexible, with a general expectation of 3-4 days per week in the London office.
  • Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
