We are seeking a skilled Civils Site Agent to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our site team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of civil construction works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly inspections of the works, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and review RAMS for all activities on site, ensuring they are implemented and updated as required.
- Ensure all personnel on site are properly inducted, briefed, and competent for their tasks.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of NEC4 Contracts, including Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events.
- Proven experience in managing civil works contracts and industry standards.
- Management of subcontractors and direct labor within a multi-trade environment.
- First Aider and UK driving license holder.
- Qualifications: CITB Temporary Works, SMSTS, CSCS.
