About Orona UK:

We are a leading provider of lift engineering services in the UK, with a focus on design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of lifts.

Expected Salary Range: £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits, meeting agreed customer response times, and providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor/ Service Manager.

Key Tasks:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lifts
  • Meet customer expectations by responding promptly to service requests
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Solve problems and work independently
  • This role does not regularly involve attending call-outs during the working day and there is no requirement for participation in the out-of-hours call rota

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience of working with lifts
  • Strong customer skills
  • A valid UK Driving License
