We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer Specialist to join our team in Durham County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing, with experience of handling a range of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity.

The successful applicant will be responsible for attending clients, giving quotes, taking instructions and providing updates. They will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with a range of people from all backgrounds.

In return for their hard work and dedication, the successful applicant will receive a competitive salary, pension scheme and 25 days annual holiday (rising to 30 days after two years' service). We also offer a 35-hour working week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
