About the Role

Arcus Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our Sainsbury's stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery to ensure stores are kept clean and safe for customers
  • Conduct thorough cleaning activities, including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Perform tasks such as cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, and oven canopies, as well as maintaining trolley bays and outdoor areas
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied and followed

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided
  • An eye for detail and cleanliness is essential
  • A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service is required
  • A smartphone with the capability to access our Arcus Connect App is necessary for recording time and attendance
