Job Title: Process Engineer (NPI)

Location: Herefordshire

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at AES, a global manufacturer of injection moulding products. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes, including tooling design.
  • Drive and coordinate technical problem solving in new and existing products.
  • Champion growth projects and NPI processes.

Requirements:

  • A HNC / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Polymer Science or similar (ideally involving plastics processing) or be a Time Served Engineer with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience as a Process Improvement/ NPI Engineer, preferably in the rubber or plastics industry.
  • Certification in Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
