Senior Product Proposition Manager

Role: Senior Product Proposition Manager (Bridging/Commercial Mortgages)

Location: West Midlands - 3 days in the office + flexible start/finish times

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + more

A specialist challenger bank is seeking a Senior Proposition Manager with strong Bridging and Commercial lending experience to lead a brand new role and drive the bank's lending proposition forward.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing bank and be at the forefront of their Commercial & Bridging lending markets.

You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of mortgage propositions within Bridging and Commercial
  • Ensure all propositions are customer-centric
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Build effective working relationships with relevant teams across the business

Requirements:

  • Commercial and/or Bridging lending proposition/product development experience
  • Ability to build propositions using a combination of market, competitor, customer, and staff insight
  • Experience working with stakeholders and leading/working groups
