About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Reconomy. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and functional.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facility-related issues.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of facilities and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facility efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong background in maintenance and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex facility-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
