About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Customer Advisor to join our team at B&Q. As a key member of our Trade Point counter, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our trade members and providing them with exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade members to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice on our products and services to help trade members grow their businesses.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our trade member base.
