We are seeking a Festive Seasonal Associate to join our team and help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a well-presented store environment, and supporting our colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful festive season.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and advice.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
• Support colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and drive customer engagement.
