The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team in a well-resourced primary school in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience working with primary school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students' learning and help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment through strong behaviour management skills.
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with all individuals, including pupils, colleagues, and parents.
  • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated, leading by example and encouraging students to achieve their best.
