Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lecturer in World Philosophy to join the School of Humanities at the University of Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research of international excellence and contribute to knowledge exchange activities relative to the discipline.
Contribute to learning and teaching on agreed programmes.
Undertake administration and service activities in line with the School/College's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

Specialise in world philosophy (also referred to as global or non-western philosophy).
Demonstrate expertise in world philosophy through publications, presentations, or other academic activities.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
