Support Worker for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team in Weston Super Mare, working with children and young people who require specialist therapeutic support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, Children's and Young People's Services or equivalent.
- At least six months' paid experience as a Support Worker in children's/young people's services or a similar role.
- Motivation, flexibility, and reliability are essential qualities for this position.
- A current DBS check or willingness to undertake a new one.
**Salary:** £12.83 per hour (day rate) and £72 per night (sleep-in rate).
