Pipefitter Welder Specialist

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Pipefitter Welder to join a well-established manufacturer in the Halifax area. The successful candidate will work 39 hours per week, spread across a day shift pattern, with overtime available at uplifted rates. The company provides ongoing training and development within a well-organised modern facility, currently in a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The Pipefitter Welder will be responsible for manufacturing, welding, assembling, and installing piping structures used in conveying and handling hot liquids, steam, and powder. The ideal candidate will possess formal qualifications within a Welding or Fabrication discipline and have 5+ years of experience in a relevant production or engineering discipline. Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally within a high precision and intricate environment, is highly desirable.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have the ability to work read, interpret, and work directly from complex isometric drawings. A full driving licence with a maximum of 3 points is also required.
