Veterinary Receptionist

The successful candidate will be required to assist in the day-to-day running of our practice. This will involve supporting the veterinary staff at busy times and providing exceptional client care. Primary responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets, booking appointments, handling phone and email enquiries, and processing payments.
Key skills and qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and friendly approach, and the ability to multitask and maintain a sense of humour during busy periods. Previous experience working in a veterinary receptionist environment is advantageous but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including 6.6 weeks' annual leave, enhanced family-friendly policies, and learning and development opportunities.
