We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and repairing commercial vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assess commercial vehicles using Audatex to calculate costings and time required for repairs
- Liaise with insurance engineers, workshop staff, and customers to ensure efficient repair processes
- Work to high volume standards, adhering to BSI PAS 10125 specifications
- Previous experience as a VDA / Estimator in a Bodyshop environment
- Ability to work under pressure, safely and skilfully
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
A competitive hourly rate of up to £21 per hour (£45k per year basic), plus a bonus of up to £700 per month, making the OTE £53k. Monday to Friday working hours, no weekends. A full-time, permanent position with opportunities for professional growth.
