**Job Description:**

Critical services technicians at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions are responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, and working effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance on all building plant, equipment, and systems.
  2. Respond to building management alarms and effect emergency repairs.
  3. Update and maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance records.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  5. Evaluate incidents and write incident reports.
  6. Maintain and manage critical equipment serving critical areas for clients.
  7. Safely operate all systems within the building.
  8. Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
  9. Adhere to company policies and client site policies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or engineering fields.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • City & Guilds certification and 18th Edition qualification.
  • Proven experience as an engineer in building services.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
