Job Title: Experienced Children's Social Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced social worker to join our Child Protection team in the South West.

Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans to promote the well-being of vulnerable children.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, external agencies, and community stakeholders.
Salary Information:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £42.50, topped up by our Leaders loyalty bonus. This brings your weekly earnings potential to approximately £1700 per week.

Requirements:
  • A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, preferably in a statutory role.
