We are seeking an experienced Process Quality Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. Our client is a leading manufacturer of complex mechanical products, and we are looking for a professional to support their quality assurance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Nonconformances: Process and progress nonconformances to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Manufacturing Process Improvements: Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Process Development: Contribute to the development of manufacturing processes through PFMEA and Control Plans.
  • Inspection Planning: Develop inspection plans to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Measurement System Analysis: Facilitate Measurement System Analysis studies to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Process Capability Studies: Conduct Process Capability studies to optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Quality Background: Essential for this role.
  • APQP Knowledge: Aerospace or automotive experience is essential.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • RCCA Methodologies: Experience in RCCA methodologies is required.
