The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora UK. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional makeup and skincare services to our valued clients. Your extensive knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques, combined with your passion for customer service, will ensure an unforgettable shopping experience for every client.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, taking into consideration individual skin type, tone, needs, and desired look.
  • Offer in-depth product knowledge to educate clients about features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products available at Sephora.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all products and tools are sanitized and readily available.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, including product displays and promotions.
  • Proactively engage customers to drive sales and meet store sales targets.
  • Embody the Sephora brand values and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment or beauty industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of skincare and makeup products, brands, and application techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and build relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Passion for the beauty industry, staying updated with the latest trends and product launches.
