About the Role

The purpose of this position is to serve as the onsite team lead for the termination and testing of high-voltage (up to 66kV) array cables for offshore wind farms.

This role requires a subject matter expert in HV IAC T&T services, providing technical support for tendering and project engineering of HV IAC T&T scopes. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of these scopes onsite (onshore, offshore, and overseas).

As the team lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of HV IAC T&T services, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onsite team for termination and testing of high-voltage array cables
  • Provide technical support for tendering and project engineering of HV IAC T&T scopes
  • Deliver HV IAC T&T services onsite (onshore, offshore, and overseas)
  • Ensure high standards of quality and safety in the execution of HV IAC T&T services

Requirements:

  • Subject matter expert in HV IAC T&T services
  • Technical knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and equipment
