Overview of the Position

We are seeking an experienced customer-facing professional to join our team as a Hybrid Branch Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for purchasing cars, managing your branch efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Salary: £25,380 per year (OTE £32,400)

Key Responsibilities and Skills

As a Hybrid Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Purchasing cars and managing your branch efficiently.
  • Conducting appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Liaising with the back office and work colleagues effectively.
  • Assisting the transport department as required.

You will need to possess the following skills:

  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
