We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Nursery Chef at Nuffield Health Cottingley Manor Gym. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our club's kitchen area, ensuring high-quality food production, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

  • Promote a friendly and professional atmosphere in the kitchen and throughout the nursery
  • Develop and implement healthy and nutritional food menus for the nursery children and staff
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen budgets and costs to achieve optimal results
  • Collaborate with the nursery team to provide a clean and safe environment for children and staff

Requirements

  • Strong background in food production and development
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • NVQ in food production or similar qualification
