Job Title: CNC Machine Setter / Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Setter / Operator to join our team at Vacgen in Hailsham. As a CNC Machine Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our 5-axis CNC machine to produce high-precision components for advanced manufacturing applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex components with precision and accuracy.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure correct component production.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and inspect workpieces to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.

Salary and Benefits:

Vacgen offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including private medical insurance, 25 days holiday, and a state-of-the-art working environment.
