Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor to join our highly successful private client department in Salisbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise in inheritance tax, business property relief, and agricultural property relief.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting on behalf of charities involving complex grant applications and administering large and complex taxable estates.
  • Providing excellent client care skills, including building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Working closely with other members of the private client department and contentious trusts and probate team.
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of technical expertise in tax law.

Requirements:

  • Member of STEP or ATT/CTA qualified.
  • High level of technical expertise in inheritance tax, business property relief, and agricultural property relief.
  • Excellent client care skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a team and be enthusiastic and ambitious for the team.
