Job Title: Early Years Educator Level 3

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at a preparatory school in SE London. The successful candidate will have a Cache Level 3 qualification and a passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the learning and development of children
  • Set up play and learning in the room and tidy and clean when finished, ensuring a safe environment at all times
  • Act as a key person to groups of children and liaise accordingly with parents and guardians
  • Be aware of any special needs and tailor learning and play accordingly
  • Attend staff meetings and relevant courses
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as part of your role
Person Specification:
  • Must hold a Cache Level 3 qualification
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Experienced
  • Friendly, proactive, dedicated, and a willingness to learn
What We Offer:
