Company Overview
REED Technology is delighted to be retained by a leading manufacturing organisation based in Enniskillen. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking to recruit an IT Systems Analyst to join their excellent team.
Job Summary
The main objective of the post is to provide and manage ICT support for approximately 170 users and the IT Infrastructure/Architecture across a multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support
* Day-to-day management of an ITIL compliant helpdesk
* Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications
* Preparation of progress reports and briefing materials for senior staff as required
* Identify and utilise appropriate software to support project management processes
* Manage the delivery and deployment of hardware, software, and contractor services
Requirements
* Three years relevant technical experience in a specific IT support role or evidence of relevant IT technical support related courses (e.g., ITIL MCP)
* Experience of providing ICT support and troubleshooting in a complex ICT work environment
* Practical experience of working with and on a range of systems (OS & APPs)
* Current driving license and access to a vehicle
