Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at BSS, part of the Travis Perkins Group. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales, drivers, and warehouse staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to build profitable business growth.
  • Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring safety, storage efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Be in control of sales, margin, and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best-in-class financial performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and engage your team to deliver great service for our customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with relevant skills and experience.
  • Strong leadership, operational management, sales, customer service, and commercial acumen skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
