We are seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team in Stevenage (or Bristol). As a Requirements Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and capturing system requirements for our client's high-profile RF system design and subsystems.
With a strong background in systems engineering and requirements management, you will work closely with our team to develop and integrate the next generation of RF missile seekers. Your expertise in requirements management toolsets, such as DOORs, will be essential in defining and conducting systems studies to inform requirements.
As a Requirements Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a key project for a leading multi-national Defence systems provider, boasting some of the most advanced facilities in their areas of expertise. About YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive individual who enjoys finding innovative solutions to complex engineering problems. You will need to have good communication skills, the ability to work in a multi-discipline team, and the ability to achieve the appropriate level of security clearance (SC or DV).
Essential experience includes requirements management toolset, define and conduct systems studies, data analysis, and technical report writing. Desirable experience includes knowledge of MBSE, software or firmware knowledge, knowledge of RF systems and digital signal processing, and experience in product verification and validation.

Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to sole British Citizens.
