Job Summary:

As a Financial Planning professional at PIB Insurance Brokers, you will work closely with various business units to provide insightful financial performance analysis, aid planning and forecasting, and deliver a robust reporting process. This role requires close partnership with the Regional Director and Head of Finance to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is a remote position with regular travel to our offices in Retford and London. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business units to understand financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and forecasting
- Design and implement effective reporting processes to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning or a related role
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
