We are currently recruiting for a Housing Management Worker to join our team in Islington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people who have slept rough or are at immediate risk of rough sleeping.

Job Summary:

">

This role involves working proactively with keyworkers and clients to develop personal payment plans, collecting rents and service charges, and reporting rental income accurately. You will also liaise with local authorities regarding individual rental income claims, advise tenants of their rights and responsibilities, and ensure that repairs are undertaken to a high standard.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you must have experience of working within a supported and/or social housing setting, an understanding of the needs of people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance use or care leavers, and knowledge and understanding of housing management and welfare benefits.

The salary for this role is £16.30 per hour, with opportunities for temporary cover until the end of March 2025. You will also have the chance to work with a dedicated team, gain valuable experience in housing management, and develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
