As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for representing the company in your designated territory and accounts, supporting the Regional Commercial Manager in achieving overall strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Account Management: Deliver all pre and post-sales activities for Haematology and Haemostasis equipment and services.
- Managed Service Contract (MSC) Portfolio: Manage the MSC portfolio, including third-party business to support overall solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a champion for the customer.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a direct sales role involving complex sales/tenders in the diagnostics industry.
- Previous experience of Key account Management in the Vitro Diagnostics industry.
- Life science degree or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Negotiation and influencing skills with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong listening and presentation skills.
- Innovative and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
