About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Analyst to join our team at Whistl Rushden. As an ICQA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring stock integrity and optimizing storage plans. You will manage safe, secure product handling from putaway to despatch, using data to drive decisions on quality, space, and capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify solutions and improve processes
  • Ensure continued accuracy and quality in inventory management
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making ability based on data and evidence
  • Proficient at interpreting performance data to identify improvements and recommend solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
