Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to join our team at RUSH Hair & Beauty in Sevenoaks.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic salon environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Assist with booking appointments, manage the salon's schedule, and handle client inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, supporting the salon team with administrative tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or front of house role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask, handle various administrative tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Friendly and welcoming personality, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with booking systems.
Salary and Benefits
