About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our client's team in Diss. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from handover to install, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and projects team to deliver results-driven projects, focusing on customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of projects allocated from handover to install, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Meetings with sales teams on complex bespoke projects before contract agreement to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • A proactive, professional, and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationships with external and internal customers.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a busy projects team.
