Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our financial advisors, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Distribute letters of authority and maintain accurate records.
  • Collate policy information from providers and update client accounts.
  • Set up and amend regular client contributions.
  • Perform general administration tasks, including servicing changes to client personal information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Previous office experience, preferably in a financial planning or administrative role.
