Theatre Practitioner Required

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Frontline Healthcare in Aberdeen. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day tasks in the theatre, including preparing equipment and assisting with surgical procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
  • Provide postoperative care and support to patients.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certification or qualification as a Theatre Practitioner (Scrub/Recovery/Ortho etc).
  • Experience working in a surgical theatre setting.
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Additional certifications or qualifications in relevant areas (e.g., Anesthesia, Orthopedics) are a plus.
