North West Regional College is seeking applications from interested individuals to join a Part-time Lecturers' Register. As a Part-time Lecturer, you will be responsible for assessing student needs, planning and preparing teaching and learning programmes for groups and individuals, and managing the learning process within the classes you are assigned. If you are successful at interview, you will be placed on a panel and contacted if and when work becomes available. There is no guarantee of work, but if work becomes available, the hours of work will vary based on the demands of the College. Key Responsibilities:

* Assess student needs and plan and prepare teaching and learning programmes for groups and individuals
* Manage the learning process within the classes you are assigned
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve the College's goals

Requirements:

* A relevant qualification in a subject area relevant to the College's curriculum
* Experience of teaching and learning in a post-compulsory education setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
