Job Title: Apprentice Customer Service Engineer

Finning International is seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer service requests and diagnose equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to customers, including repair and maintenance recommendations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CAT product training and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Formal apprenticeship training in a related field (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a field service or maintenance role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid LDV driving license.
