Creditor Ledger Management:
The Titanic Hotel in Liverpool seeks a seasoned Creditor Ledger Manager to oversee the management of creditors and drive improvements in purchasing processes. As part of our four-person finance team, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, reconciling supplier statements, and processing supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of goods and services
- Reconcile supplier statements and verify data in the kitchen food flash report
- Process supplier invoices and obtain necessary authorisations
- Prepare a monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and propose the monthly payment run

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable with a strong background in creditor ledger management
- Proficiency in Excel and proficiency in using IT systems such as Procure Wizard and Sage 200
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
