- Collaborate with our nursing team to monitor residents' well-being, identifying potential issues and reporting changes promptly.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining residents' privacy and dignity.
- Participate in creating personalized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs and goals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing excellent care.
