  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining residents' privacy and dignity.
  • Participate in creating personalized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs and goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing excellent care.
