In this role, you will work closely with Pharmacists to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services. You will be responsible for ordering medicines, checking, dispensing, and endorsing prescriptions, as well as conducting final accuracy checks on dispensed items.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who can motivate and manage a team of Dispensing Team Members. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a team of Dispensing Team Members
  • Providing exceptional patient care and advice
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • An Accuracy Checking Qualification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Digital literacy and comfort with navigating new technology systems

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
