Job Title: Clinical Lead Practitioner - Ophthalmology Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Practitioner to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading a team of theatre nurses and practitioners in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of theatre nurses and practitioners in providing patient care
* Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
* Conduct audits and investigations to ensure high standards of patient care
* Monitor patient conditions during surgery and review patient charts

Requirements:

* NMC / HCPC registration with no restrictions
* At least 2 years of theatre experience in a private eye or hospital setting
* Knowledge of clinical practice and awareness of current developments in ophthalmology
