Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee buildings works for allocated sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure assurance requirements are met based on regulatory compliance and employer's requirements.

They will also complete inspections to record any defects identified throughout construction and communicate these to the appropriate person.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing development, detailed knowledge and experience in fire control measures and Building Regulations and British Standards requirements and compliance.

They will also be knowledgeable in construction and have a basic technical and construction awareness and competence.

  • Experience in affordable housing development is preferable.
  • Knowledgeable construction professional with experience in a similar role previously.
  • Previous experience of inspecting residential projects.
  • Good knowledge or building regulations and the ability to read construction drawings.
Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45-48k (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and further benefits.
