About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical First Assistant to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our Operating Department, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and high-quality care to our patients during their perioperative phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective care to patients during surgical procedures
  • Assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and develop best evidence-based practice
  • Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self
  • Apply and promote best evidence-based practice within own scope of practice
  • Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure appropriate measures are taken
